services
hghr is for companies that need more than admin hr help but don’t need a full‑time chief people officer yet. we figure out what’s going on, advise on the decisions, and put systems in place so the same problems stop coming back.
we work with

i. signature
a clear look at how your people practices are holding up, including the problems you haven’t spotted yet. you get prioritized recommendations and a roadmap.

ii.
a senior hr leader working inside your business on an ongoing basis. we advise leadership, coach managers, handle the sensitive issues, and build the infrastructure. the scope is set around your company and adjusted as it changes.
begins at $3,000/month.

most managers get promoted because they were great at the work, and nobody trained them to lead. you see it in turnover, slow decisions, and executives getting pulled into problems their managers should own. we train the managers and fix the roles and structure around them. our monthly management trainings keep that going all year, not just once.

the leadership development series
a practical, 12-month program that gives new and experienced managers the skills, confidence, and tools to lead people well. it combines interactive workshops, real-world scenarios, and practical tools, and each series is tailored to your industry, management structure, and priorities.
topics include stepping into leadership, setting expectations, feedback and difficult conversations, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, hiring and onboarding, and leading through change.

complaints, investigations, performance problems, terminations. we walk leaders through them with good judgment and solid documentation. sometimes the answer is coaching someone up. sometimes it’s letting them go. either way it should be fair, documented, and handled with respect. that includes compassionate terminations: we plan them with you, prepare the documentation, help with the conversation, and support the team afterward.
hghr is not a law firm and does not replace employment counsel.

the day-to-day machinery of hr: onboarding, records, workflows, and systems, set up to run the same way every time as you grow. plus one-off projects with a clear scope, start, and finish.

add-on
for monthly partnership clients, we can step in as your recruiting team for the roles that matter most. we write the role, source and screen candidates, run the process with your hiring managers, and help you close. add it when you’re hiring, and drop it when you’re not.

how engagements work
i.
we learn about the business, the team, and what’s prompting the conversation. you learn how we work.
ii.
an hr audit, or a scoped discovery, so recommendations rest on what’s actually happening.
iii.
what to fix first, in what order, and how we’d work together: an ongoing partnership, a project, or both.
iv.
we do the work alongside your team, and revisit the engagement as the business changes.
