this notice explains what hailey george human resources (“hghr,” “we”) collects through haileygeorgehr.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. we keep it simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and to send the human edit if you ask for it.

scheduling. if you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and the time you choose, plus anything you add to the booking.
please don’t share employee names or sensitive personal details through the site. we’ll cover specifics on a call.
we use your information to reply to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations, send the human edit if you subscribed, and keep basic records of our client relationships.
we don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
we use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our business. they process information only to provide their service to us:
this site doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. our host may keep standard server logs, like ip address and browser type, for security and performance. if you book a call, calendly may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. if we add analytics in the future, we’ll update this notice.
we keep inquiries and client records for as long as we need them to work with you and meet our business and legal obligations. newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
every issue of the human edit includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. you can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.
